There was a woman next to me (her first time) and she said she came to “watch” but she danced too , it’s impossible to sit still in his class. All levels appeared to be welcome and his instruction is so easy to follow you’ll get your groove on even if you’ve never danced w him before.

ver todas as avaliaçõesSUCH a great zen class!! i appreciate how focused she is on body sensations, it was helpful to know where I should be feeling pinches, stretches, etc. It was a little warm in the studio, but the instructor turned that into something positive by setting a shared intention to *melt.* Totally reframed how I approached my practice today, and changed it for the better !!

ver todas as avaliaçõesFirst time taking a kpop dance class and Madison was such a great instructor! The routine we did was super complicated, but she was a really good teacher and the class was able to get it by the end of the hour. Do it! You won't regret it and it'll be super fun ☺️
