Grace was very thorough with a lot of maneuvering to see how your muscles are responding and even did some kneeling, but she checked in with me constantly to make sure I was not in pain and was okay with each section of the massage. Note: the door is only a heavy frost and isn’t solid and they only cover you with a towel they move around, so if you’re a bit more modest or shy, it’s definitely something to take note.
