    Strength

    Love the instructor and the class format. This class requires great attention to core and it is definitely challenging if you do it right. I love the strength exercises too- not too tiring but def tests your endurance. Will come back again to try other workouts. Special shoutout to the music selection- not too noisy but puts you in just the right zone and you can clearly hear the instructor’s every word.

    Signature

    Really fun! We did a Signature class, which is like 75% rowing and 25% floor exercises. I wasn’t aware of what I had signed up for, and the floor exercise came just as I sorted wondering if we’d be doing an hour of nonstop rowing (which I wasn’t gonna enjoy). Katka is a good instructor too. Great facility!

    STRONG & SEXY! (Lifting and Sculpting-HIIT)

    Such a great experience at this gym Tommy and a lady instructor guided 4 of us through HIIT training with weights, I learned better form within each exercise and was definitely sweating! Great motivation at go hard but also reminded us to take breaks when we really needed it. Would definitely come back!
