He’s one of the Barry’s instructors that first comes to mind when I think of suggesting to a friend that they try their first class.

The check-in people were kind and welcoming and made me feel at ease when I arrived. There was a locker in the woman's locker room to store your stuff. No lock needed. I got to the room and met Moise, our instructor. He was made for this job! High energy, a great sense of humor, clear instructions, and just a lot of fun! Half the class was boxing and half was weights. I loved that it was a full body workout and the 45 minute class went by so fast! I'm older and I was able to modify the things I could not do. Also the room was dark so you felt comfortable at whatever level you were at. I would definitely recommend taking a class with Moise. He was wonderful! It is something that really was worth waking up for and really helped get your day off to a great start!

They answered whatever questions I had with enthusiasm and made me so excited to start my new journey with Pvolve. Frannie was amazing. We had a conversation after class, because I was saying that I never used this machine but enjoyed it a lot.
