ver todas as avaliaçõesKara is an awesome instructor! She does a great job. I think the studio is kept much too cold for a barre class. It should be at least 70. It was set at 64. Barre isn’t a sweaty workout and the class was very easy, so I was freezing the entire time in socks and a sweatshirt and had muscle spasms due to the cold.

ver todas as avaliaçõesGoing there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

I don’t feel pressured like I’m doing things wrong, more like I can just do my best. He does offer clips to put on your mat to indicate consent for adjustments; this was very thoughtful as I was able to opt out.

Always great variety of good fun music and her moves incorporate actual Latin/dancehall/house/afro dance steps and not just step aerobics moves.
