I booked in for the foundation class and I’m so glad I did - Maddy was a fantastic instructor, really taking the time to explain the explain the exercises and giving reassurance whilst keeping up a good pace. She also took the time after class to check in on how we were feeling and give positive feedback. I feel like this was the perfect class to bridge beginners and the full body classes. Thank you Maddy!
