ver todas as avaliaçõesMaryellen was absolutely amazing!! She made sure that you were in proper alignment and helped to strengthen that connection between our body and movement. Her instruction to positions were easy to follow and when I wasn’t coordinating my movements well she helped me to coordinate better and described ways to which I could connect better. I appreciated the smaller class size. She also was able to help modify our moves to fit our specific needs. I left class feeling stronger, more connected to my body, confident, and seen. Everyone at the studio was very nice and it had a good environment that facilitated belonging, comfort, and confidence.

The instructor was really kind and made the different options clear for each move (I am new to Pilates machines and didn’t know the whole spring system, etc). The other people in the class also brought good vibes and smiles, which is always a bonus :)
