I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. The class focused on deep muscle work for overall strength and lesser long-term body pain. It was intense and yet balanced, so it’s ideal for all levels of fitness.
