My instructor was knowledgeable, encouraging, and made sure I felt comfortable regardless of their fitness level. The class focused on core strength, mobility, and functional movement, which made the workout feel both challenging and really beneficial for everyday activities. I appreciated how the instructor offered modifications so you could adjust the exercises based on your ability. The atmosphere was welcoming and motivating, and the time went by quickly because the workout flowed so well. I left feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall body control.
