ver todas as avaliaçõesRonan was a lot of fun!! :) He has great energy and is very upbeat. This was my first time at YogaSix for sculpt so I only can go off my one experience but I felt like there was a lot of cardio. I would have liked to have more moves concentrated on one body part at a time instead of combo moves mixed with cardio. I have taken hot Pilates classes at other studios but the jumping around in the hot room had me ready to pass out. I did love the stretching and warm up in the beginning and at the end; and the cool towel waiting for us outside was phenomenal!! I will be back to try out more classes but hopefully less jumping in the hot room! 🙂

Her instructions were clear and helpful, and you can tell she is very knowledgeable based on how she put together the sequence/class. Also great to see a mix of males/females in the class. Stretching is for everyone!

She provided the options and modifications to kick it up a notch, or not, which felt very respectful of everyone’s bodies and energy. And her voice was fantastic and so calming. Instructor was well spoken and directions were easy to follow. Was my first time using the weight bar which I loved. Music was like Latin trap/reggaeton

The teacher was outstanding and worded things in a way that you could have your eyes closed the whole session and do the entire thing just based on verbal instructions. She was very kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable! I felt amazing after this session.

ver todas as avaliaçõesMarilyn was lovely! The class was hot, but it’s supposed to be, it’s Bikram! It was exactly what I expected. For those reading this who aren’t familiar with Bikram, I recommend doing a quick Google search before you go. Bikram consists of the same series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises every time; it doesn’t vary. So, if you’re looking for an easy-peasy yoga session, this probably isn’t it! It WILL challenge you, but that’s exactly what it’s designed to do. Come prepared to sweat, work hard, and be challenged.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI am actually a member of this studio, but i ran out of studio passes for the month and decided to use a class pass. It was amazing as always. Christina is an amazing instructor and lets everyone go at their own pace and has a very calming presence. I had been out of yoga practice for a few years when I started this studio. It’s very beginner friendly but still an amazing workout and all classes have everyone at every level! I have a very physically demanding job and this is the perfect way to make sure im stretched out and ready for work the next day. 10/10
