ver todas as avaliaçõesThe trainer Chloe was very helpful. she came over to me multiple times on her own to adjust my position or explain to me a modification for the pose. The place has an upscale vibe. Everything is provided, mat, ball, weight, etc. This was a challenging workout yet doable. I worked out muscles I didn't know I had. It was great!
