ver todas as avaliaçõesSuch a relaxing class. I could feel the stress and tension melt away. The instructor was absolutely lovely. She gave clear instructions in such a calming voice. The studio is nice, bright and cozy inside. They had mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps available to borrow. Only downside is that it's close to the road, so you can hear some car noise.

ver todas as avaliaçõesPaige is an incredible teacher. She has a really nice way of teaching thing this slow class. The breath cues are spot on, things flow really well. It still feels like a workout and a nice alignment of the mind and the body. I’m going every week now :)
