ver todas as avaliaçõesOpen Jazz had a warm up and dance that they’ve been working on the last few weeks. I’d rate the class more as intermediate/advanced but it was tons of fun with no pressure to perform super well. Ana had great energy and was helpful throughout! If you need to go over certain parts, you have to be proactive and ask because she often is doing the dance with us so she doesn’t see much of the areas we struggle with. Overall, great experience! I would definitely want to come back again and possibly warm up with the class before (turns).

ver todas as avaliaçõesGroove Pointe is so awesome! It's a great mix of music paces and a variety of movements. I enjoy incorporating light weights with dancing. JR (instructor) has great energy and explains everything clearly. Overall, Groove Pointe is such a fantastic way to unwind and just have some fun!
