You probably won’t be the only one who will need a modification because all of them are Spartans. BUT it wasn’t awkward. Everyone was supportive. Maybe I’m into self deprecation because it was actually fun. Anyways, that’s the tea. You should try it out. (Evan the instructor was great and patient)

However, I do have one suggestion for improvement: the class would be even better with louder music. It really helps to boost motivation, and I think it would add a lot to the overall energy of the session. Looking forward to seeing this change in the future!♥️
