However, I do have one suggestion for improvement: the class would be even better with louder music. It really helps to boost motivation, and I think it would add a lot to the overall energy of the session. Looking forward to seeing this change in the future!♥️

The workout is fun and engaging, definitely not your typical Dubai fitness class. Tarek will make sure you have the correct form and check in on you frequently. The class can be hard at times but he absolutely accommodates to individual needs, especially if you’re a beginner or with injuries. The space is small but super cute, and the music is definitely a vibe! Will come back for sure!!

Workout was hardcore but modifications were made for me as a beginner to the sport.. Tips! bring your own chalk if you don’t have callouses on your hand. Mine are burning today.

He remembers everyone's names and keeps on motivating us. His workouts are varied and different from one another whilst using weights, step, and/or body weight. The variety of workouts and minimal/none usage of gym machines - this is what makes me a repeat customer in this fitness center (as I don't like routine workout and hate gym machines). Thanks a lot!
