She is also very engaging and shows us how to modify movements aswell. Overall I enjoyed the class and look forward to doing Pilates with her.

We did a lot of handstands (well attempts I would say) cartwheels, rolls and so on, everything was soft and safe, so if you don’t know how to do that prepare to be learned.
