Iedere oefening kon worden aangepast naar makkelijker of zwaarder, net waar je zelf bent. Goede begeleiding door aardige instructeur die zich duidelijk voor de volle 100% inzet en houdt van zijn vak. Très rapidement on rentre dans les exercices de self défense avec beaucoup de contacts. j'ai vraiment envie de continuer à apprendre cette discipline pour savoir me défendre avec des techniques simples et à portée de tous. Il a eu un discours sur la femme en fin de séance très touchante.
