They did it quickly, but it still looks perfect. I also got chrome and they were very clear in communicating it was an extra $15 before I picked it. Very clean and kind staff! Please be aware that they are trying to get off of ClassPass and are not able to connect with anyone. They said it ruins their business because they cannot confirm times or availability and people will show up having booked on CP but they are booked in their system. Be nice if this happens! They are trying to get off of CP but can’t get in touch with anyone. 5 stars from me either way, and next time I’ll be booking off the app so they can get the full $ they are owed.

I definitely thought there was more scalp massage included but instead it’s about 40 minutes of oil dripping on your forehead, and then at the very end about 7-10 minutes of scalp and neck massage. I wasn’t really relaxed as I was hoping so maybe this one just isn’t my cup of tea. The therapist was very nice, and the spa itself is lovely and zen. I would go back for other treatments.
