Loved the cold eucalyptus towels after. I could see some people not liking that you can hear everything going on outside your room but you can turn on the TV and the speakers go directly into the cabin. Call me crazy, but it definitely helped clear up my chest a bit too - relieving some sinus pain & pressure. The air was cool and crisp with a sparkling ambiance- it felt like I was taking a nap in a mountain side cave - yet I was surreally blanketed with comfort- all my anxiety melted away for 40 minutes. I requested a “soft” massage, with cupping, but the therapist gave me a much stronger one because I was so tight. The cupping was fantastic. The upsell on the CBD oil was expensive, but I got it since I was paying through ClassPass & they were offering a discount for the holidays. Likely wouldn’t pay for the upgraded oil of booking directly. Will definitely book future sauna/massage/cupping sessions again.
