I wouldn’t say it was for beginners because some times the coach just told us what to so instead of showing it so it can be hard for someone that doesn’t know yoga terms.

She’s very knowledgeable in her work and shares her knowledge with you. I was super comfortable from the time I walked in I knew the energy was “just right”. I highly recommend this facility. I had only experienced like 5 minute Reiki “add on sessions” at another facility and had never had a full Reiki session before and I wasn’t too sure what to expect. After the session, I had an overwhelming sense of weight lifted off my chest and the past week I have noticed myself having a whole different way of looking at situations in a positive and more productive way. I also enjoyed the shop and bought myself an orange aventurine crystal, sage and a tigers eye bracelet. Overall amazing experience!

Wyatt took the time to explain everything beforehand and had me fill out a form about certain things that were bothering me currently or in the past and explained how everything relates back & the areas he would focus on and why. I left feeling WAY more relaxed after that and had a bit more confidence in things that I should do and work on going forward.
