I came for pilates but they also had other amenities like plunge (which I wanna try!). Changeroom is tiny with the amount of ladies that are in there. Only two sinks. You have to wait some time as some are not considerate. I would come prepared to shower at home instead!

Despite their best efforts the noise carries a lot and can be quite disruptive. If possible, it would be amazing if shavasana was prioritized and people held off on entering the studio until after it ends. 😊

The breakdown was not very difficult so you could add your own bit to it and the sequence was just long enough that my brain didn’t Fry. It also gave me a good little workout and I love the warm-up.
