ver todas as avaliaçõesI wasn’t sure what to expect but enjoyed the class - Meghan didn’t call out specific speeds like in a Barry’s class but let us pick speed based on exertion levels and previewed how long we’d be maintaining that speed (ie 90 seconds to 4 minutes). Did not love the flashing lights during class in the background but that’s just my preference. Playlist was unique and transitioned between hip hop, 90s rock, 2000s hits, a little EDM. While I’m mostly an outdoor runner I can see myself doing a class in the winter to prep for a race since

The energy from the Swifties in the room was absolutely phenomenal —it was a truly life changing experience. I was particularly blown away by the mashup of two of my all-time favorite songs, The Black Dog and Would've, Could've, Should've. You could feel the magic in the air, with every single person in that room connecting to the music on a deeply emotional level. It was an experience that left a lasting impression.

It was my first SoulCycle (& cycling in general) class & I didn’t feel pressured to perform in the same way the more experienced riders were. The seats are quite uncomfortable & was the most painful aspect of the experience (even w/ a thick bottom), so be prepared for that. Overall 8/10.

It was a different style than the classes in LA, with more dancing and less resistance call out, but you can push yourself and I still burned more calories than the hard core instructor classes at Barry’s and SoulCycle Santa Monica while having so much fun(thanks applewatch)! Will def revisit :)

It was definitely hard to keep up for my first class, it would be helpful if there was an introductory class that helps you understand the rhythm and the terms but other than that it was such a great experience! His classes are always almost completely full, if not 100% full, which shows I’m not the only one who feels this way! He is energetic and uplifting while being outwardly supportive of both brand new and experienced riders — you can tell how much he loves to teach spin. He even came off the podium during class today to ride next to us during the “song for yourself” portion which I’ve never had any instructor do anywhere else in my 4 years of taking spin classes. I cannot wait to take my next class with him.

The playlist was on point — Lady Gaga and Rihanna for this class. I’m not great at choreography while pedaling so it was hard to keep up but I made the most of it and just kept pedaling. Got a good sweat in, time flew by and still felt like I could’ve kept going, it was that good!

The class was intense but as a beginner, you definitely can go at your own pace. The crew here are also extremely friendly and helpful and they’ll even help you get set up on the bike before class starts. Such a fun experience!

I’m traveling so have never taken this trainer before and it was absolute fire. Like, light your soul on fire but also give you jello legs fire.
