Cole gave very clear instructions that a beginner could follow, but also kept the pace of a something like a flow 2 class. We warmed up with a few sun salutations, went into a well rounded single sequenced flow, and finished with a few ground poses before heading to shavasana. Overall, great flow class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesJiYeong is an awesome instructor! lots of hands on adjustment and form correction. class was deceptively challenging (in a good way!), a great core workout, beginner friendly. the only class i’d wake up before 8am for. plenty of parking in the lot. wear grip socks!

ver todas as avaliaçõesJoella's class flowed so well from one pose to the next, with good pace. This made it easier to follow. Lots of deep stretching that is appropriate for a beginner, but also can be tailored to your own level. Highly recommend!
