However if you are new to K-pop dancing (my first time ever ) it may be hard to catch up for the speed of the songs. A lot of hip movements. I wish they would go slow a little bit more times but I can understand that there are more advanced students on that class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class is great especially the fact that it was a small group and the trainer was able to go ahead and help us with our movements. We did upper body and some ab work I do want to come back again and see how their lower body class is since my upper body really was a great class. Plenty of parking because it is small they do have you wait in a small lobby in the back before you go in for the class.
