Unlike many other Pilates studios that blast music, the soft background music here really helped me focus on my slow, gradual movements. Linda was exceptionally attentive to correcting my form, more than I've experienced at other studios.

ver todas as avaliaçõesNeat gym but if you look closer, it’s dated and full of issues. Missing locks on bathroom doors, minimal water pressure coming out of sinks, cracked rubber on many dumbbells. Still has most of what you need though and was clean overall. They make you fill out a form every time you come so that’s another reason to dock a star. I’ll come back only to workout with my mom on occasion since she has a membership.

ver todas as avaliaçõesLuna was great! It was my first time attending and she made me felt welcome. Her songs were upbeat and moves were easy to follow. For more complex moves, she go over them step by step before the start of the song. She also mixes up the intensity throughout the class and I can catch my breath!

ver todas as avaliaçõesInstructor was super nice, very informative and helpful. Overall the class was very fast paced and not what I would consider to be “beginner”. Luckily I had Pilates training that helped me get through the class.
