She was great at cueing different movements, encouraging people to challenge themselves but also creating a safe space for them to take things at their own pace. I found her demoing the positions and how to mount the reformer for certain positions super helpful! Would definitely recommend her class and take it again.

I would recommend this class to Yoga beginners who don’t want a challenge . Personally, I was hoping to be challenged a bit more. Maybe I’ll try an intermediate or advanced level yoga class and hope it’s a better fit.
