    In Person Flow, Release and Restore

    Relaxing class, about the last 35 minutes of the class was restorative yoga - found it to be a great way to unwind especially at the end of the day! Good selection of props (had a strap, blocks, a blanket, and a bolster) supplied by the studio to make adjustments and stay comfortable as needed. Instructor offer a good amount of modifications so the class very beginner-friendly! Spacious studio, the room did get quite warm in the middle of the class but instructor quickly turned down the temperature after that!

    This is great for folks who like slightly gentler yoga. It’s very salutary (healthful) for the body and connective tissue. It’s not the class for someone who wants a sweaty calorie burning experience.

    Tuesday Bhakti Flow at Bhakti SF

    The movements in this class were super beginner friendly but they’re not easy! It focused more on basic postures. The entire yoga session was calm, peaceful, and chill. No sweat. My body felt better after the class. Would recommend!
