Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga. Class was fun too. The group is small which makes it easier to take space and experiment with advanced poses. I would like to make it a regular class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesthe class and instructor were AMAZING!!! but i need the location to be made more clear on classpass. i stood at the other studio across the street for 20 mins because it was not made clear that the hip hop class was in a different studio than the main one, even though the only address provided was in suite 105. i still had an amazing time but please make this clearer so students arent lost and then late to class. other than that, i will be back next week!!!

The class is fun filling and easy to follow with the dance rhythm. The instructor is very energetic and encouraging. I like her smiles and her enthusiasm that brings the energy to the class. Overall I enjoyed my experience and I would definitely recommend this studio and dance class to my friends.
