I took a hiatus due to surgery and Justin reminded me exactly what the purpose, foundation, and meaning of Yoga was during his instruction/practice. I was so moved by his class that I will certainly return to Gro Yoga for his class. Thank you Justin for your technique, adjustment, sun salutations and true authenticity of the practice of yoga. She also would help readjust me in some positions (which was a wonderful welcoming surprise). I really enjoyed her class and will 100% take it again.

The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body.
