I was passing through the area for work and was able to squeeze her class in between two work events — it was exactly what I needed to revive me to continue on in my hectic week of work travel! The spin class however felt like it was recently added on or they just ran out of money for the program. It was in this small back room that wasn’t finished and felt completely different than a class at a traditional spin facility.
