Brielle Way was intentional in her instruction, her calming voice was impeccable for a Sunday 815 am class, her music was on point, and her demeanor was what a yoga flow teacher should exude. I took a hiatus due to surgery and Justin reminded me exactly what the purpose, foundation, and meaning of Yoga was during his instruction/practice. I specifically loved that she toggled weight from foot to foot in preparation for balancing poses. I’ve never had an instructor do this before, and it actually helped me ease into the balancing position much better, and I was able to maintain my balance pose for the hold. For an evening of reconnecting with the self and a gentle flow, I recommend this Yoga Cure class.

He made me feel comfortable and was area of my comfort trying something new and unfamiliar. The people were really friendly and I did not feel out of place.
