    I would definitely recommend getting there early for your first class - they are super helpful explaining everything and getting you set up with spin shoes and adjusting the bike to your height and arm length. This is a full body workout! Not just cycling but also crunches and weights for a little arm workout in the middle. At first it was a little overwhelming because it was louder than I expected and I didn’t know they would turn off the lights for parts of the workout - but the class grew on me as it went and I ended up loving it! Also, they provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

    The best feeling after 45 minutes is knowing how much you’ve accomplished and how much stronger you are. I’ve taken so many spin classes at so many studios and Rachel is consistently challenging you to push past where you think your limits are but also giving your body grace- I have become such a stronger rider because of Rachel’s classes, she’s an exceptional coach.     I loved this class. I am a single Mom who after having my daughter and going through a divorce, stopped exercising all together. That was 14 years ago. Now due to lots of health complications, I need to come back to an exercise routine. I am extremely happy that I ended up taking this class. Keri is a tough teacher, but her energy and level of excitement is exactly what I needed. She has motivated me to plan to do this regularly. She is the drill Sargent I needed and I am planning to take her classes 3 times a week. I will be there tomorrow for her next class.

    Victoria is a fantastic instructor! It was my first time at this studio and she explained the machine and how she cues before class started. During class, she offered many modifications throughout and gave clear cues and emphasized proper technique. I much prefer this over solidcore because it’s slower, can hear the instructor clearly without them shouting, the burn is better, and the studio has natural light!

I think I worked with Alex for the Thursday core/glutes and I was so grateful for them meeting me where I'm at, while also being so attentive to all the tools and gear I'd need, making sure I'm comfortable, yet still motivating me with a really helpful laissez faire attitude when I've always been bombarded with personal trainers yelling at you.. this was NOT that.
