I was new along with a couple other girls and Sarah made sure we felt welcomed the whole time. I felt like my inner child came out. It was super beginner friendly and Sarah wasn’t pushy about doing the exercises either, because she understood I was a beginner so even though I couldn’t do some of the exercises I kept trying and she kept making sure to check up on me and help if needed.It was a super fun way to work out.
