Ashley’s one of Chicagos best yoga instructors, in my opinion! Never had a bad class with her. For me her classes are the perfect mix of grounding meditative focus but then also upbeat & challenging flow. Always leave feeling strong & proud, which are vibes she cultivates - this time was no different!

She reminded us to slow down w/ our moves & ensure we had the correct form so we got the most out of the deep core exercises. She made the atmosphere fun while also motivating us in a non-annoying way. It’s obvious to tell she loves to teach. 10/10 will be coming back.

Her ability to build a fun, butt-kicking hybrid of yoga flow and sculpt with weights? Perfect every time. You leave with a big calorie burn while feeling stronger than before. And she leaves time for proper cooldown which so many teachers don’t remember to do. Not to mention, Ina’s cold cloths with lavender and lemon infused in them that Aly places on your forehead while in shavasana is the chef’s kiss. I’ll be back again next week. I’m hooked.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first time trying barre and I loved it! This class felt challenging but doable. I felt my booty burn in places I didn’t know existed!! I loved the core section of the work out but wish it went on a bit longer. Overall it was a great experience, Nikki even walked us through stretching afterwards for a few minutes which was a great warm down. Only downside is the cafe has a large window connected to the workout room so if you don’t like the feeling of working out with people watching come early to secure a spot on the opposite side of the room. Over all I’d rate this class a 10/10 and will definitely be returning!

Jill explained different ways to do the poses that was comfortable for each individual. My plan is to go every week to Candlelight YIN. Great class to start your week off or a midweek energy boost.

Amazing teachers, bumping community, prime location right at the intersection of Logan Square and Avondale, and great sequences. The class I did today was a blend of the Breathe and Restore modalities. It was a great introduction to breathwork for me followed by a soothing sound bath. The only negative is sometimes the classes book out ahead of time, so make sure to save your spot early. Thankful I found this community. I will be back to try their yoga and strength training classes!

I'm glad that I already have experience with the rowing machine and am at a medium-ish level level of fitness since I wouldn't say this is a beginner class. A lot of people there were athletic but the class wasn't intimidating. I felt in the zone while doing the workouts so I'll def comeback to level up my fitness.
