    Full Body Fitness

    Great full body workout! The 5 stations made it feel like an intense circuit definitely challenging but still doable. My muscles were definitely feeling it after in the best way. I also appreciated that instructor Matt took time for a quick warm up beforehand. The space was perfect, the environment was friendly, and Matt was very motivating throughout class. He assisted, corrected form, and kept everyone encouraged the entire workout.

    Boxing Fundamentals

    Malcolm was a great instructor especially for beginners. He started at the very basics with the boxing stance and movements. We were able to practice on punching bags near the end of class once we learned all of the basic techniques. He was very positive to each student’s ability and gave great feedback throughout every step of class!
