    INTERVAL: FULL BODY

As a first-timer to this class I found it welcoming. I was encouraged to push myself, but also take it at my own place. I was nervous about taking the class as I’m recovering from an injury and knew I’d half to walk or take it slow on the treadmill, but the atmosphere of the class made it so that was totally fine!

Maddie was great! She made sure we were knew how to work the equipment and was really friendly. The class was a challenge but I was able to keep up and follow her lead. The Lil Wayne playlist (the theme of the class) was also fire. Would def come back.

First time trying SoulCycle, though I have taken a lot of similar cycling classes. It was great! Instructor was awesome and the right amount of motivation without being cheesy. Overall felt pretty first time friendly, though at times it was hard to hear instructions on the mic. If you are a fan of rhythm based cycling, you’ll like it!

If you like sculpt at Core Power, then she’s your girl. Still hoping she’ll teach more early classes during the week. I’m sure they’d fill up even at 6am. She’s truly the best sculpt instructor.

    In-Studio: The Ride

This was my first time at Spynergy and I loved it! Aly was super helpful and everyone was really nice and welcoming. The bikes and space are well maintained and organized. The class itself was a good balance between the instructor encouraging people to push themselves and acknowledging that everyone’s definition of a challenge is different. I’ll definitely be back!

Elle led such a fierce class! I’ve taken a few boxing classes but this was my first boxing class at Bodi Shak. There were a few newbies alongside with me and Elle did a great job of breaking down moves for us while still keeping it challenging for the regulars. Everyone was so friendly too and helped each other out! Even though I’ve taken a few other classes at Bodi Shak, this class really made me feel how strong the community is here. I got in a killer workout and I’ll be back!

Good instructor and liked the space, music wasn’t piercingly loud which was awesome. Overall CycleBar isn’t my favorite concept because the metrics/stats mean nothing to me and I don’t like the leaderboard. There really aren’t enough Connect rides with it totally off and riding purely to the rhythm. But I was able to just enjoy the music and direction without focusing on stats, so good workout. Would warn anyone from out of town that they try to charge a $30 plus fee if you are not local, even when using ClassPass.

Great class!! New offering for the studio, but the instructor was very experienced and the reformers were shiny, smooth, & new. The description says to wear gym shoes, but this class specifically should say sticky socks (like a traditional Pilates class). Will absolutely be back!

Great instructor and exercise - worked every major muscle group and kept the class moving. It was a full class and they ran out of mats so I recommend bringing your own if you have one. Class wore socks only. Check in at front desk was pretty easy. I didn’t ask about lockers but looks like they are available.

The instructor is great. I took this same class with the same instructor a while back and was hoping it would be the same but I guess she varies it. I preferred the other class that had more stand up strengthening/stretching/lengthening/balancing poses and moves all in one that felt just incredible. That was one of my top 3 classes I ever took on class pass. This one was just a little “less”, but still really good. We did more seated poses and used weights on some occasions.

An Unforgettable Experience at PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga! Tonight’s class at PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I walked in, the energy was electric, the vibe was welcoming, and the workout was exactly what I needed. A huge shoutout to Vikki, who absolutely crushed it as an instructor! Her passion, motivation, and killer playlist made the class both challenging and fun. She knows how to push you (pun intended!) past your limits while keeping it engaging and uplifting. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, she meets you where you are and helps you level up. The indoor cycle session was an adrenaline rush—perfectly paced, with just the right mix of endurance, sprints, and climbs. And then, the yoga class was the ultimate reset. The balance between strength, stretch, and mindfulness was exactly what my body and mind needed. If you’re looking for a fitness studio that delivers top-tier workouts, incredible instructors, and a supportive community, PUSH Indoor Cycle & Yoga is the place to be. Can’t wait for my next class!
