I absolutely love how it's so much easier on my knees but still gets my heart rate up. She asked whether I had attended the YMCA before or taken a Zumba class, and when she learned I was new to both, she offered helpful tips, instructions, and encouragement that helped me feel comfortable jumping right in. Her vibrant personality somehow outshined even her colorful outfit—which I absolutely loved! The choreography moved at a moderate-to-fast pace, but thankfully my years of dance experience helped me keep up with most of it. The music was upbeat, the energy was contagious, and the hour flew by. I knew it was a great class because I left both sweating and smiling. At one point, it even seemed like the birds outside the window had stopped to watch the fun! 🤭🐦⬛💃 I left sweaty, smiling, and already looking forward to the next class—which is pretty much the highest compliment I can give a workout. 💃 ::

The class was incredibly relaxing, and the studio itself is just beautiful—you can really feel how much love and care Priscilla has put into the space. Priscilla is so friendly and welcoming!
