It was a bit intense but in a great way. She offers modifications and gives clear verbal cues throughout. I’ll definitely be back!

I was feeling sick and also exhausted from doing full body workouts from previous days (on top of having multiple disk herniations). I have previous experience with dancing. Even then, it takes me time to learn some movements I’ve never done before. I fell behind, but the class and instructor’s energy and motivation kept me going!
