ver todas as avaliaçõesI was a little worried about a treadmill class (55 mins running on a treadmill sounds miserable), BUT the time passes so quickly. You are constantly moving your pace and incline around. I also took a hybrid class so we had some weight lifting incorporated. The studio did a great job showing how the machines worked and the structure of the class.
