I really enjoyed this class. I’m a beginner yogi and really felt welcomed and encouraged by Vanessa. She gave minor adjustment cues that helped to feel more connected to the pose. I appreciate an instructor who connects with each student in class. Loved the breath work and shavasana at the end

Great class for someone first time or someone advanced looking for a great workout. The instructors were great and quickly got me sized up and ready to go. Definitely try to get there at least 15/20minutes before hand so you can physically be prepared and mentally be ready. It was a great workout and I can’t wait to try it again
