However, it quickly became apparant that the hugging exercise is a drill to train us in how to get double underhooks, which can be used to takedown my enemy or take his back. The professor also showed variations where I pin my enemy against the wall, and take out his poses one by one until he eventually goes into the ground. The entire time, I am pounding my enemy with one hand and controlling him with another, until he is down on the ground, then I can pin him with my body or legs and use both hands to whack him. 4 students: a strong caucasian dude(my partner) + me + two teenage dudes.
