ver todas as avaliaçõesAbi is the best yoga teacher I have ever had: patient, encouraging, supportive, and exceptionally articulate with his instructions. He gives equal attention to every student in the room. His hands-on adjustments are exactly what I need. As someone who has practised for years and hit the inevitable plateau with twisted postures and hand and head stands, I found that he helped me unlock new postures through clear, step-by-step pedagogical guidance and precise feedback, telling me where to build strength, where to focus, whether my rib cage is closed, and what my shoulders, hips and core are doing. This is a world apart from the many commercial studios that offer only verbal cues and no real feedback. Abi can be tough, so he may not be for the faint-hearted, but any genuine bodily discipline, whether sport, dance or martial arts, requires focus, repetition and a willingness to be corrected. He gives me a perspective on what yoga actually is, rather than the hugs-and-feel-good packaging it is so often sold as. If you are serious about your practice, you will not find a better teacher on the island.

ver todas as avaliaçõesI absolutely loved Sandy’s stretching session. I loved how She was gentle and soft-spoken with instructions and corrected the movements to the detail to make sure nobody missed out the posture. I felt so resfreshed and relaxed afterwards. Thank you:)

ver todas as avaliaçõesThe class was great and I would give the teacher 5 stars! However, it was very unwelcoming from the clubhouse’s side. I am not a member of the clubhouse and they use a smart system that only recognises registered palms or access cards. Thus, I was blocked at the door. When I tried to call the hotline, no one picked the phone; later on I found out that they don’t have receptionist on duty at that early hour. After class, I wanted to take a shower, only to find that the towel machine (again) was linked to that smart system.
