My only problem is are the clients are extremely annoying because if there’s all this vacant space in the class, they will come and squish up next to you every time and I’m not sure if that’s a rule that I haven’t been informed of here, but I don’t know why people bunch up like that here when there’s so much room it’s like they wanna overlap mats. It’s kind of weird, but that has nothing to do with the instructor.

The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The flow was gentle yet challenging and Jenessia always offered modifications and was encouraging throughout. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.

Not to discredit the other great instructors, but something that Anna did towards the end of the class (which probably other instructors also do) was read a poem during stretching. It was a really nice way to wrap up a tough work out. I’m a larger girl and there are lots that is hard for me to do, but she encouraged me (and the class) throughout. Absolutely love this!

However , there was A LOT of people in this class which I personally did not like but there was still plenty of room and I understand that it was probably because of the time of day(7:30pm) and the location of this studio. As for the class itself it’s very beginner friendly and perfect if you want to incorporate some low impact movement into your day to just relax and unwind.
