It was my first time trying reformer and she actually came to me to correct my forms, which is rare as I didn’t have that experience in other studios. She also was very encouraging and let us know which spring we can use to match with our pace. Overall I will definitely come back to this studio especially for classes with Tammy!

ver todas as avaliaçõesRachel puts on a fantastic class. She both motivates you and makes it okay to make modifications without feeling like a failure. I enjoy that the gym feels like a safe space. Feels like Barbies’ Malibu Mansion all the extra little touches like the lights being dimmed and a disco party is raging. The scents, the cards yes yes and yes. If you want a place to get your groove back and not feel out of place because you aren’t crazy in shape the peach is a great place to be.

I also, appreciate how she notices everyone’s posture in positions - if anyone is slightly off, she helps the student. She also, most importantly - finishes at the time shown. If it is your first time or you’re visiting from another studio, you will not regret taking her classes!!
