I’m still a beginner to Pilates and I was a little hesitant to make the reservation but Kelly greeted me as soon as I walked in and I was able to tell her about my limited experience in it. Kelly was super attentive and offered several variations for all levels. That class definitely kicked my butt in the best way!

ver todas as avaliaçõesOk I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. Hugely positive experience. I will back for sure! Thank you Nicole so much!

I could definitely feel the burn for each set but not sweaty/out of breath. Definitely would be great for beginners or if you want a fun class to tone muscle. Loved it!

I had never taken a barre class before so it would have been beneficial to show up 10-15 minutes earlier for a quick intro. Instructor was very professional and walked around class to correct our forms, which I appreciated.

They recommend you have taken 30-60 classes before doing a 1.5 level but I feel like 10-15 would’ve been enough. Instructor was really wonderful - super kind and the class was hard enough to feel great after!
