My favorite part is the end when we get to dance to the song and record ourselves. Highly recommend for those who like to dance.

It was a much harder and more fast-paced class comparing to other zumba classes i’ve taken. However, it was rewarding and definitely worth the effort. Will go again when I need some serious cardio.

Definitely a bit overwhelmed (and should have had the coffee before a 6 am class) but Lee and others were very welcoming and patient. I’m used to mostly bag work in boxing classes so this was a refreshing change. Positive vibes and tough love. Check it out.

Very disappointed and I wish that retro fitness would update their status in the ClassPass app so that people will not continue to sign up .
