ver todas as avaliaçõesThis was my first time visiting Gold’s Gym in Cerritos, and my first time trying Les Mills Cycling - The Trip. The Trip is such a cool riding experience! What made the class for sure was the instructor, Annette. She was so sweet and welcoming right from the start. She came right over to me and made sure I was all set up with my bike and how to use the lever gears, etc., and she had fantastic instruction all throughout class.

The class is actually a bit of a push for a beginner and they don’t really give instructions on how to lessen the load. At the end of the class, they offered us freshly brewed herbal tea with a sweet little gratitude session. I’d recommend coming 10-15 mins before class because they do a warmup, so if you come on time, you’ll walk into everyone already being set up for class.

ver todas as avaliaçõesThis studio only had one review when I went so I wasn’t sure if it was open but it very much is! I happened to go on a day where everyone else was sick so I basically got a personal training experience haha but anyway I really loved my experience at this cozy little studio! I’m a woman and a beginner at martial arts and Master Ellinson was very humble, kind, and patient with me. As a woman sometimes you get weird vibes from guy instructors but I felt safe here. Master Ellinson gently instructed me in adjusting my form from potentially harmful habits I had picked up that had gone unnoticed by other bigger studios. The pace of class is also very manageable for newcomers and anyone who might be intimidated by martial arts as a whole. There’s nothing too crazy so even if you’re out of shape you’ll be okay lol I would say this class was more of an art form or hobby than an “intense workout.” But you can tell this mom and pop small business studio runs on pure passion rather than just trying to scalp you for your money. I enjoyed learning the techniques he showed me and I had a genuinely good time! Anyway I think everyone should come support this place as it’s very affordable and kid-friendly as well! He also told me he lost his ClassPass account access so the best way to contact for questions would be through the studio directly it seems
