ver todas as avaliaçõesI don’t think Bikram classes ever get easier - the heat is such a huge challenge! Teacher is very observant of form, gives clear cues (especially to beginners), and is encouraging. The class is definitely a practice in discipline and grace 😅

I really and honestly wished the class was longer. He also provided variations for those who wish to do their personal practice. Really appreciate the thought he put in the class. Will definitely come back! ☺️

ver todas as avaliaçõesLove Coach Ron’s class as always! He has been my instructor with Tower of Power, and it’s my first time to try a session with him in Reformer Challenge. He was very helpful when I need to adjust, and I had fun overall. I’ll be going back to perfect my form in the machine.
