It's usually not too busy (though I go in the afternoon, not sure what it looks like at 5:30 on a weekday), the staff and Bryan the manager are super friendly and inviting. Also, they are very relaxed with the "1-hour window" of open gym, so you don't need to feel rushed. Great experience.

Even with the Thai area being under construction, i was extremely relaxed and totally zoned into my session with her. I was so grateful to find a business that offers thai massage and cold plunging. Upon entry I was greeted by Karina and omg she was just a joy to converse with. Educated me on the services offered and was just extremely knowledgeable of the benefits of the infrared service. Quinn gave me a tour of the studio, educated me on operating my sauna, amazing customer service. The saunas experience, was so relaxing. I decided to actually meditate and listen to sounds of relaxation on the tv that’s located in each room. My only suggestion would be to schedule visit later in the day/evening as you will be extremely relaxed. Experiences such as this makes me want to come back.

The staff were super friendly and provided great service without pressuring me to buy anything, which I appreciated. I just wish there were more locations to visit when I travel.
