I don’t think it’s fair for members to reserve machines before class starts by placing water bottles or personal items on them. I often end up using the same machines and doing the same movements each class because the equipment is already “claimed” before everyone has even arrived and tutorial was even given. It would be great if machine selection was truly first come, first serve once class begins, so everyone has an equal opportunity to try different stations and enjoy a more varied workout experience.

ver todas as avaliaçõesFrank is the best Hi-Def instructor hands down. I’ve down them all with each trainer. He’s knowledgeable, he’s tough, he’s FUN, he gives you modifications when needed. Tough but so encouraging & inspiring. You can tell he loves what he does. I did Nelson’s last week, what a joke. He thinks he’s so funny, but he’s not. Don’t let a full, big class fool you. The workout was just ok. Not here for clout. All the others just seem to have egos for the following, but frank is real, consistent, and just the best! Quality over quantity always! 🙏🏾🙌🏽💕

Aerial stretch was a perfect beginner friendly class for me as I wanted to get more comfortable with the silks. The class was nice and slow but I still managed to break a sweat halfway through.
