They turn the lights to purple which creates a club vibe. Before you realize you burned a ton of calories and smiling the whole time. Definitely come check them out!!!!!

ver todas as avaliaçõesWOW 🤌 is all I can say!!! Like most people, I've seen this workout on social media and have been dying to do it. Little did I know that "dying" would be the keyword smh 😅💀 The instructor is very friendly and welcoming and I'm grateful she made every effort to speak English though the class is led mostly in Spanish. This is an intense cardio workout that will have you jumping in every way possible on a mini trampoline... for an hour straight. I was literally fighting for my life but thankfully, there are breaks after every song including a 5mn one mid class. It's only two weeks old at this location and sadly seems to be off ClassPass for now but I sure hope it comes back soon. I would actually buy classes for it because it's great cardio AND mucho fun! 💯/10 recommend 🕴🤸♀️💦
