I loved how you could get in a great quick weight lifting type workout with a coach and the times start every 10 minutes which makes it flexible too. It was clear and concise on what to do for each circuit. The music was loud and upbeat. Coach Patty made my first class experience very welcoming! If I lived in Miami, I’d make this part of my routine.

Only 1 other person in the class. Felt like the building detracted from the studio so I don’t know if I’d return
