    Danny’s sessions ignite this fire in me to run faster and push my limits. He structures the entire 45 or 30 minute class very clearly, and you leave invigorated after. I’m training for a 10k and eventually a half marathon later in the year, and I try to go to his class once a week to improve my speed and technique. Highly recommend!

    Class with Dani was so great! It was my first experience in a running class and I absolutely loved it. The 30/30 split felt great as I was able to get cardio and strength at the same time. Both were definitely challenging! The space is so clean, staff is super friendly and the treadmills are really great quality — not like your typical treadmill at the gym. I don’t think there’s anywhere in North Jersey like Juma!

    I’m not a runner (and never have been) so was a bit intimidated by the Stride part of the class but I needn’t have worried…the levels are customizable and I felt well taken care of by Stevie. This is a challenging class (both parts) but I enjoyed sweating and stretching myself. I would take any class led by Stevie in the future…she is a true expert who manages to motivate, modify and multi-task with ease.

    So you know how sometimes in trendy group fitness classes you feel like everyone knows each other and is going to go take pictures in the park after class? This class sort of feels like that.     This one of the best Barry’s classes I’ve ever taken. Brandon was really friendly, really clear, had no “change your life” nonsense, and had exercises and transitions that were both effective and safe (sadly far from a guarantee at Barry’s). Not to mention that if you’re btwn 35 and 50 you’re gonna freakin love his playlist. Run (12.5 sprint, even!) to his class. 10/10.

    If you love to run and want to be challenged this is the best class in New York. Aminah’s programs are challenging but doable. Everything is so thought out that it pushes you hard but always to the point where you can finish. i have gotten significantly faster since ive started going to her classes. her strenghth is also so solid. You can trust her to give you a good time, cue everything perfectly (out of the 30+ classes I’ve taken with her she has never messed up, and never once repeated a class) and play songs that make you want to work sing and smile. I have the time of my life in her classes and she has helped me reach all my goals. She is also SO NICE AND FUNNY. THANK YOU AMINAH ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    This was my first class and it was great. I didn’t get much of an orientation to the class when I got to the studio, but it was easy enough to follow. I don’t recommend this if you’re just looking to get into an exercise routine, as it’s not really for beginners. The instructor was super motivating and encouraging. Great class!!     Amazing running gym that’s a much a better and thoughtful version of Barry’s. Beginner friendly but also challenging for seasoned runners with strength exercises that will help with your running. If you are worried about the VR component due to motion sickness, don’t be. I get incredibly sick from VR rides and games (Harry Potter World, Oculus, VR game rooms, etc) and this is nothing like that. Instructors are really kind and motivating and you’ll get an incredible workout!
