The class was ZERO intimidating. It was just at the right tempo, slow enough for me (as a first time goer) to pick up. I am definitely coming back! I would definitely recommend very welcoming environment.

ver todas as avaliaçõesFYI the Thursday cardio splash pool class has changed to 6:00 p.m., but it still shows as 6:30 p.m. on class pass. hopefully the gym will correct this soon. Anyway, this class is fun and it's nice to be able to use the hot tub right afterwards.
