ver todas as avaliaçõesThe instructor was wonderful. Basic sequence for beginners with a slow pace. Huge value add to have a sound bath at the end. Two areas of feedback would be to heat the room during the winter and not allow students in class if they arrive late. A student arrived at 8:05 and was disruptive to the peaceful energy at the beginning of class - not fair to the dozens of other students who had been timely.
