Teacher Ty was very attentive and made sure to correct our body alignment throughout the class. He guided us really well through each stretch and made sure we were doing everything properly. She’s also so funny while teaching, so the class is always fun and lively! She’s incredibly talented, graceful, and flexible. You can’t help but be amazed watching her do the tricks. Honestly, she makes you want to be that good someday! 😂 She’s definitely someone you’d look up to. The best! 🩷

She always corrects our posture and makes sure to practice breathing. At the same time, I felt a bit of challenge since it's my first. Overall, it was very refreshing, grounding and a great way to start my Sunday. I wish to take more classes with Coach Moz in the future. Thank you so much coach!

The room was super cold also + v clean which I appreciate (although I was freezingggg). T. Fechie was v hands on even on the warm up and stretching exercises. She made sure that everyone was warmed up well. As for the routine, it was v beginner friendly. She taught the basics and did the flow step by step. I do wish tho that I got a different routine since I’ve been practicing a bit longer (would like a challenge). Nonetheless, a very good experience wt this studio! Will definitely be back :)
